DeVille’s is famed for its contemporary French cuisine and comfortable brassiere setting. Marcel Schoene is the Executive Head Chef, and he explains that at DeVille’s they always strive to serve only the best quality ingredients, and pride themselves on the consistency of their dishes.
“We get our meat and fish from local producers, our Irish Hereford Prime beef is locally sourced, as is our fish, which we get from Wright’s of Marino and our fruits and vegetables come from Keeling’s which is also nearby.”
Marcel explains that he believes that Irish Hereford Prime is one of the best beef products in the world. He points to its consistency, its level of quality and how easy it is to prepare as its main benefits.
